Qatar Beton is a concrete ready-mix company which offers it's clients a wide variety of mix designs for different construction needs and conditions, as well as a variety of specialty concrete products.

3 Batching Plants

• Qatar Beton has 3 batching plants. 2 at Lusail with a capacity of 300 cubic meter/hour and 1 at Mesaieed with a capacity of 150 cubic meter/hour.
• Quality Control Procedures are implemented to ensure that raw materials received and concrete produced meet the international standards, namely QCS, ACI, ASTM, BS and NRMCA.
• Our equipment is the latest of technology, ranging from fully automated batching plants to stationary and mobile concrete pumps as well as placing booms, chillers, and icemakers.

Laboratory

• Complete in-house Laboratory with computer aided compressive strength machine for testing raw material /concrete chemical and physical properties.

Ice Plant & Chiller

• 2 containerized ice water plant of 200kW capable to cool 315 cubic meter/day of water from + 45 C to - 1 C.
• 2 icemakers of 84 tons/day capacity combined to a storage rake ice bin of 90 tons capacity.

Raw Material Storage

• 12 Cement Silos - Storage Capacity 3600 Tons
• 3 Additive Silos - Storage Capacity 540 Tons

Fleet Overview

• 40 Transit Mixers with 8, 9 and 10 cubic meter capacity drums each
• 6 Mobile Concrete Pumps with booms ranging from 36 to 56mtr and delivery rates of 140 cubic meter /hr
• 2 Stationary Concrete Pumps.
• 3 Placing Booms ranging from 21 to 28 meters.
• 3 Wheel Loaders with buckets of 3.5 m3 capacity
• 12 Cement Bulkers of 20 tons capacity each.
• 10 Dump Trucks.
