Brief description:

Excavation, Piling & Shoring System:
The works consist of:
  • Excavation of the entire site for the basement floor.
  • Secant wall shoring system to the complete periphery of the site to protect the excavation and facilitate the dewatering system.
  • Load bearing piles for the Circular Residential Tower and Bungalows including preliminary piles and testing, geophysical survey to identify the void spaces below ground, etc.

 

Raft Foundation:
  • For Circular Residential Tower, Twin Residential Towers and 5-Star Hotel including waterproofing and earthing system. Size: 500m x 154m.

 

A Circular Residential Tower:
  • (B+G+M+20) with approximate area of 29,000m2 for Apartments + 15,000m2 for basement car parking.
  • Total number of apartments is 125 with a mix of one, two, three and six bedroom apartments.
  • A dedicated external swimming pool.

 

Twin Residential Towers:
  • (B+G+M+18) with an approximate area of 78,000m2 for Apartments + 16,000m2 for basement car parking.
  • Total number of apartments is 297 with a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom apartments.
  • At the Podium level, a ballroom with an area of around 1,000m2 is included.

 

A 5-star Hotel:
  • (B+G+M+12) with an approximate area of 68,000m2 for Hotel + 34,000m2 for basement car parking.
  • The Hotel will include around 336 keys of standard room, junior, one bedroom & two bedroom suites and presidential & royal suites.
  • It will also include a ballroom suitable for major events with a capacity of 1,200 persons (seated), restaurants, shops and gymnasium facilities.
