On the 17th of September CDC successfully handed over the Al Qassar Office Tower to the Client "Al Fardan Real Estate Co.". After a contract period of just 2 years the client evaluated the overall satisfaction of the Al Qassar project cooperation with CDC as "very good". The exclusive new office tower is 22 stories tall and located in Dohaʼs prime business location, the West Bay Area. The design blends in perfection the roots of islamic architecture with the contemporary elegance of a modern business tower.


The project was developed synchronously to the contracted timeline. The duration of 731 Days included the turnkey development of the whole project, which covered the Design, Construction, Installation, Testing and Commissioning. Self evident that CDC will as well take care of the future maintenance.

The Al Qassar Office Tower site development was headed by the experienced CDC Engineer Maher Al Saudi. Depending on the development phase more than 900 worker of CDC and it’s subcontractors ensured the daily building site progress. The trouble-free project development was also supported by the "just in time" delivery of 22.000m² quality concrete by the CDC Power Partner "Qatar Beton".
