CDC handed over another remarkable milestone project of Porto Arabia to its owner Al Fardan Properties.
The scope of work covered construction, installation, testing, commissioning and the future maintenance of the residential tower.

All the construction activities were done under proper supervision and testified by the concerned authorities in order to ensure the quality of works. During the whole construction phase two tower cranes were present. Self climbing DOKA form works were used for the construction of the core wall. The Details
The total area of the residential tower is around 80.000 sq plus four levels of Car Parking with around 25.000 sq area. The tower contains eighteen levels with 152 apartments which are divided into three different categories like 1BDR, 2BDR and 3BDR. The luxury amenity level exceeds all expectations and provides a Gym, Bar, Swimming pool and Spa with a large pool deck area. The top level 19 and 20 contains 4 penthouses and 6 apartments in the amenity level.

The Project Team
CDC and the subcontractors developed this project with a max. of 1.200 persons a day available at site. The supervision of the project was handheld by the following professionals:
