The Al Qassar Office Tower project is located in the West Bay Doha with an area of about 4,052m² and the works consist of Construction and Maintenance of the Office Tower. It's a high-rise reinforced concrete office building. Its facade is mainly finished with glass fibre reinforced concrete decorative panels, precast wall panels and glazed aluminium curtain wall.

The 110.00 meter high Tower consists of the following:

• Two Basements
• Ground Floor
• Twenty Four Floors

Car Park is located at Basements 1 & 2 and also at the Ground Floor and 1st Floor Levels. Capacity: 292 cars. The Upper Levels from 2nd to 24th floor are allocated for Commercial Office space.

Site development and external works included in this project are the following:

• Boundary Wall, Fences and Security Gates
• Car Parking, Driveways, Walkways and Ramps
• External Service Stairs
• Landscaping
