The project is located at the 1st – 11th Floors of the Tower Block of the Doha Marriott Gulf Hotel.

This works consisted of an eleven storey building hotel with a top panoramic viewing restaurant and club. The original structure, dating from 1972 (originally Gulf Hotel), was restored with modern facades, integrating latest structural techniques.

The works comprises the complete Refurbishment, Fitting out and Maintenance of the 1st to 11th floors of the single tower block. It also includes services of lifts, finishes, furniture ensembles and equipment.
